Having spent a considerable amount of time in the gym not knowing what i was doing, and in the process causing injuries and imbalances getting actual proper coaching has helped me feel comfortable in my own body. As my study on anatomy progressed i also found a passion in understanding the human body and applying it. As a coach i have always enjoyed seeing people progress and work on their problems. Having been in the industry for nearly four years I have learned that nothing is more important than a good professional relationship between the trainer and the client. I will challenge you, try to push your buttons but also offer a listening ear and a helping hand if needed.
