It’s been a tough few months, but we are excited to announce that all of our club will be opening on the 9th of November 2020.

Your health and safety will be our number one priority. Recently we have made some changes to ensure we deliver you the cleanest safest environment to workout in.

These measures include:

  • Keep an eye out for any changes to our hours to allow additional cleaning
  • Implemented increased cleaning procedures
  • Workout stations are 2 meters apart and cleaned after each use
  • Workout stations have been mapped out to ensure social distancing is met

Absolutely, we have adhered to all Government guidelines and have dramatically increased our cleaning and sanitization protocols. We will have sanitizing stations around the club, 1.5 metre separation between members/machines, and increased cleaning procedures.

Element has implemented all cleaning and social distancing guidelines as per government recommendations. We have also invested Mandatory staff training on Cleaning best practice for all of our team.

Element billing commences as per the original billing cycle of all members the day our doors open. If you are usually billed fortnightly on a Thursday, that is unchanged. For exact billing dates please email or call the club.

If you placed a FREEZE on your account prior to COVID19, please contact your home club via email, phone or visit during staffed hours for confirmation about your current status. If you didn’t place a particular freeze on your account, your membership will now become active and you are able to use the club once we open.

You will need to bring your own full-sized towel just like before. We do have Element towels for sale from reception if you do need to purchase one.
